If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us first so we can review your case and assist you with the return process if applicable. Each request is handled individually to ensure a fair and appropriate solution.

Yes, we ship internationally. If shipping to your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to find an individual solution that fits your needs.
What lubricant do you recommend for your balisongs?
Lubricant choice largely comes down to personal preference and how you like your trainer to feel. Many users prefer dedicated balisong lubricants such as KPL oil for smooth performance. If you’re looking for a more affordable and widely available option, sewing machine oil (white mineral oil) also works well.
Do not use WD-40, as it is not a proper lubricant and can cause long-term damage to your balisong.
Is the blue liquid included with the balisong a lubricant?
No — this is not a lubricant. The blue liquid is thread locker, used on screws to prevent them from loosening over time and to ensure smooth, safe use. Detailed instructions on how to properly apply it will be sent to you by email after your purchase.
Do polymer balisong trainers with Teflon washers need lubrication?
No. Polymer trainers with Teflon washers do not require lubrication. Regular cleaning is enough to keep them performing smoothly.
Which trainer do you recommend for beginners?
For beginners, we recommend our polymer trainers, including models made from G10 plastic. They are lighter than metal trainers, making them easier and more comfortable to handle while learning. Additionally, polymer trainers with Teflon washers require no lubrication, which makes them low-maintenance and beginner-friendly.
Do your trainers come pre-assembled and ready to use?
Yes. All trainers are shipped fully assembled and ready to use. As with most balisong trainers, initial tuning may be required, including adjusting screws and applying the included thread locker to achieve optimal performance. A detailed step-by-step guide and instructional video will be sent to you by email after purchase.
Are your balisong trainers safe to use?
Yes. None of our trainers have sharp blades — all of them are designed specifically for training and safety. Each model is made to minimize risk during practice. That said, polymer trainers are the safest option, as they are lighter and do not have pointed tips, unlike some G10 or aluminum models.
Does loosening screws mean the trainer is defective?
No. Screw adjustment and maintenance are a normal part of balisong ownership, especially when a trainer is new. Screws may loosen during initial use and tuning, which does not indicate a defect. Using thread locker and properly tuning the screws will ensure consistent and smooth performance over time.
